REPORTED VIOLATIONS

VOX provides secure, internal channels for making Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) reports, ensuring the availability, integrity and confidentiality of any data sent by Submitters.

Reporting can be done through:

dedicated email address: zgloszenia@vox.pl,
by post to the Company's address at ul. Gdyńska 143, 62-004 Czerwonak, with a note on the envelope - "to the AML Coordinator",
a dedicated web form, available at this link

Remember that you can report anonymously or by providing your personal data. The Company ensures the anonymity of the whistleblower, as well as the verification of the report in accordance with the provisions of the document: Procedure for reporting violations in VOX - link to document.
