Will I see this particular product in the showroom?

When will the product be available again?
Our most popular collections are in continuous production, so a temporary lack of availability usually lasts about 2 weeks. There is also an option to order products that are currently out of stock. An extended delivery time is indicated on the product page. What is the order process and home delivery?
Once your order has been placed and paid for, we will send you an email confirming the transaction. We will complete the products within a few days and contact you to arrange a delivery date. Delivery time is 2 days for decorative items and 3 or 10 working days for furniture, depending on the delivery method chosen. You can find details here: https: //vox.pl/pages/dostawa-produktow
Do you ship internationally?
We deliver the purchased furniture only within Poland.
Where can I find assembly instructions?
You will find assembly instructions for our furniture on the product page, in the description of the specific model. If you do not find a downloadable file, please contact informacja@vox.pl.
Why can't I see the prices?
If you are outside of Poland and the European Union or if you use a foreign internet connection, you may not see the prices of our products. In this case please see our catalogue in pdf format - https://vox.pl/pages/katalogi.
Is it possible to collect in person at the showroom?
We offer personal collection at selected showrooms. When you select this delivery method in the shopping cart, you will see a list of available showrooms where you can collect your order. Due to limited storage capacity, not all showrooms have this option.
What is happening with my order?

Can you produce a piece of furniture in a different colour?
We do not make individual changes to our designs. All possible changes are visible in the configurator on the specific product page. If there is no configurator, no changes can be made.
Do you offer transport with delivery?
You can select this option during the order process, which is at an additional cost. We will deliver the furniture to your flat regardless of the floor, even in buildings without a lift. As part of the lifting service, the transport company is obliged to deliver the consignment to your home/apartment (to the delivery address indicated in the order) over the threshold or to the first architectural barrier.
The target location should be prepared in advance and have easy access (sufficient door width, no objects that make manual transport difficult).
Do you offer furniture assembly?
Of course, you can order such a service when placing your order. During the processing of your order, you will be contacted by an assembly team, with whom you will set a convenient date for you Assembly and payment for it takes place upon delivery of the furniture.
Where can I find the dimensions of the products?

We do not give discounts on products from our permanent offer, regardless of the value of the order.
